‘How think ye? if a man have an hundred sheep, and one of
them be gone astray, doth he not leave the ninety and nine, and goeth into
the mountains, and seeketh that which is gone astray?’ – Matthew 18 vs 12
Hello Dearly Beloved, in this teaching, the LORD wants to
strengthen the hearts of many of His children who currently think HE is
offended at them, who currently are lost in condemnation and feel they are good
for nothing in the Presence of the Lord. Be Blessed.
Our opening scripture gives us a clear picture of the
Father’s love. Now take note of specific words in that passage; And one of them be gone astray. Note that
word! It telling us that one of them went astray shows us that they were all
once in order, but one of them went astray. Do you understand? The scripture
says there were hundred (100) sheep, then one (1) went astray. That tells us
that the one that went astray was first in order, was first upright, but as a
result of certain occurrences, went astray. That is the picture of us children
of God who are saved, who know God, but as a result of weaknesses and personal
imperfections, or other circumstances one goes astray. You get it? Yea.
Now, this child of God that has gone astray, what is God’s
mind towards him? What does God think about him now that he has gone astray,
now that he has gone the way of sin, now that he is headed the way of
destruction, what is God’s intention and motive towards him? – Selah
Let’s see what the Lord said: ‘…doth he not leave the ninety and nine, and
goeth into the mountains, and seeketh that which is gone astray?’.
You see that? The Father’s mind towards him is not condemnation, no no no!
Child of God, you have to know the nature of your Father that lives in Heaven,
in your error, His mind towards you is not how to condemn you or how to
separate Himself from you, never; but His mind towards you is to go out of His
comfort and seek you back into a perfect state of peace, giving you total
restoration! That’s His mind concerning you when you slide away from His will. –
Selah
The Father desires to have you back far beyond how you
imagined or expected of Him. – Selah. The sin of the sheep didn’t withhold the
shepherd from going out to seek him. You see? Likewise us, our sins don’t
refrain God from loving us, but stirs Him beyond bounds to prove that love to
us. The love of a couple is not defined until dark times arise, during such
times of conflict, the love of the couple is proved. You don’t truly love
someone when all is well between you both, until one has wronged the other,
that’s when that love is proved. So it is in our relationship with God our
Father. – Selah
‘And if so be that he find it, verily I say unto you, he
rejoiceth more of that sheep, than of the ninety and nine which went not astray.’
– Matthew 18 vs 13 {KJV}
He wants to rejoice over you exceedingly, that’s why He’s
doing all He can in His capacity of God, to ensure that you are restored. My
Dear, realize this and be at Rest!
God Bless You.
